  • 1.  Agents Are Disconnected from Imperva DAM

    Hello !

    2 Agents are disconnected from Imperva DAM tool, we also facing this issue if we remove and add those Database servers which belong to that disconnected Agents, and also the Test connection is failed.    

    please provide the exact reason and solution for this ASAP

    Hi Venkatesh, 

    This is one of the common issues when its comes to DAM and there can be several reasons behind this. 

    Starting with network issues, misconfiguration, bug issues, compatibility issues and many other. 

    I would suggest opening a case and letting support engineer investigate the issue.
