    Hi Community,

I am at a Thales CyberSecurity company event, representing Community members! I am connecting with a whole range of Subject Matter Experts, including Product Managers. We're learning about their strategic priorities and updates on key areas of focus for 2026.

This is a unique opportunity for me to put your questions and feedback to any of our product teams. So, if you were here, what would you ask the product Managers?

Of course, our product teams also want to know more about YOUR priorities? What is your focus for 2026?

Comment below and I will put your questions to the team...

    Hey Sarah,

Could you please ask the Imperva DAM PM about the future support of network sniffing mode?
It was announced some time ago that it would be EOS with newer SecureSphere versions, but there is still no clear answer as to whether or not it will be supported and, if so, for how long.

Some DAM customers still prefer this type of Imperva integration in their environment over agent-based because they have difficulties deploying third-party software (including Imperva agents) on their production databases, especially when other suppliers or partners are involved.

    Best regards,

    Milan

    Hi Milan,

Thanks so much for the question.

I connected with our DAM PM and here is the insight he shared regarding your query:

GW sniffing is deprecated in version 15.X, however it will still be supported in the LTS version 14.19 over the next few years. The team is working to find an alternative solution for non-intrusive audit.

On a separate note, make sure you register for our upcoming webinar to learn more about what's coming in the latest version:
