    Hi guys.

    How do I check the version based on what I have from this email?

    As a reminder, Imperva is announcing the End-of-Support (EOS) for SecureSphere v12 on February 5th, 2023. This includes all v12 DAM/DBF, WAF, and DB agents products.

    After February 5th 2023, support will not be offered for any of the products mentioned above. To ensure continued support customers are required to upgrade to v13.6-LTS or v14.x.

    Please remember that starting with v14.4, MX and Gateways support either WAF or DAM, not both. For reference please review the Imperva knowledgebase article:

    Product Migration Options and Actions

     

    Customers can update all of their current v12 products to v13.6-LTS or v14.x. For details and what is best for your situation consult your account team.

    NOTE: V13.6 will start EOL on September 30, 2023. End of Extended Support will be March 31, 2024. See all EOL and EOS information at

    Hi Jose,

    You can check version on the GUI or using command "impctl --version" on the CLI to check the version.
