    Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well!

    Regarding the compatibility of DAM agents, I have noticed that recently the information in the Coverage Tool has been updated. It now shows versions of Databases and Operating System that were not there until recently, these now appear with an asterisk with the message "Versions marked with * can be supported with Imperva extended support".

    Does anyone know since when this information was updated on the Coverage Tool portal?

    Additionally, is the installation of these agents done in the conventional way according to the documentation, or is any additional step necessary?

    I hope someone can help me to clarify these doubts, thanks in advance team.

    Hi Luis

    This announcement is relativity new, because a lot of clients has a OS and DBs obsoletes

    Remember, when the vendor of OS or DB said end of support, imperva apply the end of support too

    but for example microsoft has a extended support for os and DB, so imperva could be support for this products, but you need to contact to your SE for more information
