Hi,

In DAM if you are in the Main screen and then choose Signatures and click on the All Signatures for Database Applications why there is no signatures from 2020+ but all of them are 15+ years old

Need to frequently update  ADC  . check when is your ADC updated  go to ADMIN->ADC and in the right you observe EX- 

To update ADC you can download from the below link and upload  and update go to ADMIN->ADC

The ADC content package can be found in the following locations. Please download the package that is relevant for the version you are using:

•    Release Notes for the ADC content as well as Release Notes for previous releases can be found on the ftp at: https://ftp-us.imperva.com/Downloads/ADC_Release_Notes/DAM 

Note: 
New ADC policies will be automatically added to new services created after this update. For existing services you need to manually apply the new policies in order for them to take effect. New and updated signatures that are already part of an applied dictionary will be automatically applied to the service.

Yes, you are right that the signatures in the predefined dictionaries are not the latest ones. For which, a support ticket is already opened and the response is yet to be provided.

Even we noticed that those signatures date back to 2017, 2016 and some of them are deprecated including one dummy signature.
