Hi Kostas,

The perferred method is to leverage SIEM integration. Please see: https://docs.imperva.com/bundle/cloud-application-security/page/settings/log-integration.htm 

However, if you don't currently have a SIEM, you can technically enable SIEM logging and retrieve the logs individually for review.

Additionally, you can leverage API calls to retrieve the details for specific incidents.
