Hi , 

How to find when a security policy is created in Imperva DAM , here I can able to see "Match Criteria" and "Apply to" these two tabs only.

1. Check the system events to see if you can find when it was created. This assumes you created the corresponding and appropriate system event policy.
2. Create a report of type policies, and under the data tab, add the relevant fields you want in the report, there should be one called created.
