    I got this Infomative error. It only occurs in Windows Server. How to solve it?

    The cipher: TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 (0xc030)

    hello, 

    the reason for this error might because your gateway mode does not support this kind of cipher. have a look at this link (TLS Ciphers) & the image below

    can you share the screenshot of advanced configuration of related agent?

    if following parameters not listed in there, please add them and restart the database and agent services.
