Hi Tony! Thank for you writing to us.
The status code can be customized for customers who have the Load Balancing / Delivery rule feature enabled. There are two separate things you can modify:
- The HTML content of the image highlighted in Red box - https://docs.imperva.com/bundle/cloud-application-security/page/error-pages.htm
- The response code of an error type Access denied - https://docs.imperva.com/bundle/cloud-application-security/page/rules/error-response-rule.htm
The link provided in the 2 items above will guide you on how the rules can be configurable for your reference.
If you need help on this, please do not hesitate to log a case with Support and we will be glad to assist you anytime.
Hope this helps!
