  • 1.  Imperva Agent can not start

    Hello colleagues, 

    We have a problem with the Imperva SecureSphere Agent on a non-windows system, when we tried to start the agent it shows the status as stopped like the next picture.

    Also we perform the agentstart.log in the server and everything seems correct as in the following image:

    Can someone help me with this problem?

    Hi Victor,

    In case you have not given any advise yet and do not know how to proceed -  the best way to proceed is open ticket to DAM On-Prem Support to address this problem. You can attach these screenshots to the case along with some details (whether it is new installation, what are OS and DB types and versions - for compatibility check) , agent GTI will be helpful as well.

    Hi Victor,

    Please also check that any third party tools like antivirus, file integrity monitoring agent, etc. do not cause any sort of blocking, ragent process termination, etc.
