Hi Ravi,
Please check the disk space allocated to the agent first. If the amount of memory disk allocated to the agent is lower, you should to add more space to resolve the memory issue. Because the SecureSphere agent uses the database server's disk space for its normal operation, logging, configuration storage, etc. Additionally, to ensure that audit information is preserved in the event of a network failure, the SecureSphere agent reserves 8 GB of disk space on the database server by default.

Thanks Mitesh. Is there any way we can change this memory allocation on the Agent side? Also for DB discovery failure, do you have any suggestions?

Hi Ravi,
The Database Agent requires memory for operation based on different factors. Check the minimum memory requirements for the agent with this article: https://docs.imperva.com/bundle/v14.6-agent-release-notes/page/59036.htm

I am getting the Imerva DAM agent error as "DB discovery failure" & "Agent process passed memory limit". Can anyone suggest how to go about resolving this error before opening the support case? Thank you.
