In the coming days, the ability to log in to Community using former Imperva Support portal credentials will be deactivated.
Hopefully you are already aware that we recently integrated our Imperva and Thales Customer Support Portals into one Customer Support portal across all Cyber Security Products and Customers. Following that, we also launched our new Single Sign On to enable you to log into the Community with the same credentials as the new support portal and many other resources.
Logging into Community using your former Imperva Support Portal credentials will no longer be available. Please ensure that you are accessing Community using your new Thales Support Portal credentials only.
If you have not yet activated your new single sign on, please take a moment to search all of your inboxes for an email from onewelcome.net and follow the required steps. Check out the helpful resources below for more details and actions:
