    hi, 
    I'd like to know more about this bug please 

    it seems we can fix it by going to https://docs.imperva.com/bundle/z-kb-articles-km/page/872d1f49.html

    but i get error 403.

    Please advise

    Hello Alexis,

    Thank you for the post, The SPHR-84333 is related to a redundant FAM policy in Management Server (MX) Database that exists in some machines. The policy is a FAM related policy and can be removed since there is no longer FAM support in versions 14.x.

    This is encountered during the MX firmware upgrade.
