  • 1.  Login Protect Wait Time for temporarily disabled account

    Hi team, what is the default wait time for a user who failed authenticating via Login Protect. The error message says the account is temporarily disabled. Is there a possibility to change this?

    Hi Sarah, Yes I was able found that the default wait time is 1 hour. And there is no way to change this time yet. Also the administrators doesn't have a method to unblock a user.
