  • 1.  MXHA creation failed error mkdir: missing operand

    Posted 13 days ago

    Hi Team,

One of our customer is upgrade MXs from version 13.6.0.90 -> 14.7.0.50

After upgraded completed they perform MXHA but the HA creation is failed with error message like below.

Prior to attempting the MXHA setup in the production environment, we thoroughly tested in our lab using the customer's backup configuration. Fortunately, the MXHA setup in the testing environment proceeded without any errors.

However, upon replicating the process in the production environment (specifically on the Appliance M160), the same error was encountered.

If anyone in the community has faced a similar issue and found a resolution, we would greatly appreciate your insights and suggestions.

    Thank you.
