Hello Everyone,

Greetings of the day!!

We have installed a DAM agent in the one of the Oracle DBs, it got discovered in DAM but not able to discover the data interfaces. So, we have given user defined interfaces and now the logs are being captured in Oracle BEQ  but DB is running in TCP. Even though our DB team is performing some queries, still we are not able to receive any logs. So, Is there only certain queries can be captured or what? Kindly let us know how it works.

Hi Mark,

I checked in with our support team on this one and it looks like your actions have been correct, so they suggested that you open a support case on the portal.

They just need to verify the configuration of all interfaces is correct (especially if you created them manually) and the traffic is really passing via these interfaces.
