I am facing a similar challenge where my DB is working on MS SQL Server 2014, MS Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard. The agent version currently is 14.5.0.70.0.627061. Since the last 2 days the agent is not capturing any logs and has moved to no traffic event. There we no major changes made on the server and not even a recent patch. Imperva support is unable to provide any assistance as the OS version is end of support.
If you know any way to try and remediate this issue, kindly help.
