For some DB types and versions it is possible to purchase Imperva extended support. If this option looks relevant for you, you can ask Imperva SE who is working with you on your DAM project to share more details.

Oracle EOL Version Detail at this link: Oracle EOL Version Detail indicates that Oracle version 12 is EOL.
Additionally, Imperva policy states that "When third-party vendors announce end-of-life dates for operating systems or database versions, Imperva will also discontinue further support as of that end-of-life date."
That explains why you are having compatibility problems.
