We have created a policy in DAM to monitor the operation insert update delete from source application sqldeveloper toad .

Few days back we noticed that some logs are not coming in database audit logs even though they are getting fired from sqldeveloper.

Does anyone know what could be the reason for same ?

Note : There is no audit loss and gateway utlisation is optimal.

It sounds like contradiction  - there is no audit loss  and some logs are not coming in DB audit. So it is audit loss, isnt' it?

This is pretty general description of partial audit loss and it can be number of possible reasons for such issue. The best way to address it is open case to On-Prem Support and let them find the root cause.
