If it does not work you can try reverse method like below. This time, related Lookup Data Set should contain all valid/possible Response Codes.

Hi,

Please make sure that if the Server Group is set to Active Mode and the Policy Action is set to Block,
the connection that triggers this Policy will be drop from the Gateway,
so the Responde code will be empty.
