Dear All,

I have Imperva DAM 14.14 installed in a high-availability (HA) environment. The primary node of my MX server is restarting every 50 minutes, and I am unable to log into the GUI. When the MX server reboots, it should failover, but it seems there's an issue with the failover process as well. Can you please assist me?

I checked in on this one. This is the generic error message so doesn't give a lot of detail on what could be causing your specific issue, so a little more info would be helpful...
Does the server log show specific errors?

Issue has been fixed by Imperva Support team. As it was old bug in the DAM version 14.7
