One of our clients has performed a Signals port scan on their domain/ application. KYND SIGNALS - Knowledge Base

Its found lots of open ports we know are not open.

Can anyone point me to the official documentation explaining why/if Imperva works on security by obscurity or at least the terminology I need to go back to the client with as they are stating cyber insurance and i need a firm position.
