  • 1.  WAF Gateway - HA Clustering - 4 gateway

    Hi , 

    i am new to imperva.  i assist my customer to upgrade their imperva.

    currently they have 1 MX and 2 Gateway x2510  (HA),  they ask for possibility to add 2 more gateway x2530. 

    is that possible ?

    i never heard HA with 4 gateways.

    Hi there,

    HA and cluster are different things.  Clusters are used in DAM environment. if I understand correctly, your customer is WAF?  Can you confirm this?  
    What is the goal of your customer?  He has 2 HA GWs for redundancy.  Traffic most likely is inspected on one and then when it fails inspected on the second.  Does your customer want to have another set of 2 GWs in HA?  That is possible.
