Hi everyone!
We have some very exciting news to share with you all regarding your Community. During Summer 2026, Community will expand to include Thales' Data Security customers and product lines - making a wider Community space for all of Thales Cyber Security Products.
To facilitate the expansion, we will be updating our Community URL to reflect the Cyber Security Products customer experience (should this be support portal).
From the end of next week, our Community URL will change from www.community.imperva.com to https://imperva.connectedcommunity.org.
You will still be able to log in as usual just use the new URL. All page links using the old URL will still be active, so don't worry about losing any links, please just make sure to bookmark the new Community URL if you normally do so.
Over the coming weeks, Community will continue to evolve to improve your overall member experience. Here is some more info on what you can expect…
As part of this expansion, we will be updating the Community platform, so you will notice a few tweaks and improvements to your user experience that might look a little different from what you are used to.
We want to reassure you that all the fantastic existing resources will still be available to you, the main changes that might affect your usage will be:
- Navigation changes
- Updated branding and profile layout
- New communities you can be a part of
- New Community product resources
- Some reorganization of existing resources by Application / Data product category
- A mix of new webinars to cater to all our members needs
