An Introduction to Value Added Services - Meet Your Experts

We are delighted to welcome key members of Imperva’s Value Added Services team to explain how they can help increase efficacy and efficiency of your Imperva products and security operations. A member of each team will discuss the key reasons and benefits of engaging Imperva’s expert services teams to help you get the most value as quickly as possible.

As always, the team will allow time for a live Q&A at the end of the session, so be sure to register and share with your colleagues.

Our expert presenters include…

@Sara Kol, SOC Manager, joins us from the Cloud SOC team which consists of security analysts with expertise in live threat mitigation and advanced security rules integration on our Cloud WAF, DDoS Protection for Networks and ABP general cases.

From the SAS team, we welcome @Stephen Dickson, SAS Manager, offering dedicated operational support throughout the attack lifecycle, guiding best practices for managing the Imperva Online Fraud Prevention suite, including Advanced Bot Protection.

@Gal Kedem, Enterprise Services manager, will discuss how the team provides seamless onboarding, ongoing consultation, and white-glove support, ensuring your cloud application security is continuously optimized and maximized to safeguard your valuable assets.

Imperva TAM Regional Manager, @Ciaran McAnespy's Technical Account Managers become an extension of your own team, escalating and advocating for you within Imperva. They handle account-related details, including environment specification, setup and support history, all while reducing your risk and the need for in-house expertise.
